Taylor comfortable

Taylor was stripped of the captaincy earlier this year, and made himself unavailable for selection for the tour of South Africa, but was selected for the series against England.Coach Mike Hesson, meanwhile, has praised the leadership of new captain Brendon McCullum - and looked forward to competing with an English unit six positions superior in the International Cricket Council's Test rankings come May's return series. His participation as a specialist batsman in a three-match series that yielded consecutive draws was largely ineffective, with the right-hander scoring a mere 94 runs in five innings - for a lowly average of 23.50.Brendon is proactive out there, but I think also there's a lot of other guys contributing as well. My focus is always just trying to do what's right for the team, and that's the only motivation I've got. I'm extremely proud to be part of the Black Caps and drive this team forward," added Hesson. I wouldn't say I'm as comfortable as I'd like to be. Time will tell, but I'm just enjoying the success of others at the moment. There is a lot of things that have happened. Maybe over the next couple of weeks or months, things might get told, but as of now, it's probably not a great time to talk about it," Taylor told Radio Sport.
