Yuvraj out with back injury, Pune bat


 Pune Warriors captain Angelo Mathews won the toss and decided to bat against Kings XI Punjab, who were playing their first game of IPL 2013. He expected a score of around 150 to be competitive on a pitch that could slow down later in the game.Warriors were without Yuvraj Singh, who is out with a back injury. He was replaced by batsman T Suman. Yuvraj's absence increased the pressure on Warriors, who lost their opening game of the season to Sunrisers Hyderabad.Kings XI included Ryan Harris, David Hussey, Azhar Mahmood and their captain Adam Gilchrist as the overseas players. Manan Vohra, the former India Under-19 batsman, made his IPL debut.
